Our remuneration proposals to our clients can consist of a simple commission for planning and buying, or a separate planning fee and buying commission. We like to work with our clients to form the fairest form of remuneration which reflects the work we do with them.
We believe in working with our clients and agency partners in order to deliver their business objectives. Accountability is key, and hence we urge - Payment by Results. We believe that we should share with our clients in their business success and be penalised if we do not deliver an effective service. We therefore like to include within our remuneration a Performance Related Bonus.
