For the fourth year in succession MediaCom have been named one of the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to work for in the UK. This year we were ranked in 30th position, and were once again the highest ranked company from the entire media and advertising sectors.
MediaCom triumphed with an overall positive score of 84%. Our teamwork ethic really shone through in the survey results with top ten scores being awarded for staff confidence in their colleagues' abilities and haveing fun with colleagues at work.
Since these awards actually measure companies of all sizes and from all business sectors, they are a true benchmark of your satisfaction for working at MediaCom. It also proves that "People First, Better Results" is more than just a 'strapline' at MediaCom.
